Applicant portal — preview

Check on your application without making an awkward phone call.

Sign in, see exactly where each application stands, add anything we asked for, and apply again next season without retyping everything. Private to your family — the program never sees this page.

What the portal gives your family

Status without stigma

See where things stand any time — no phoning the coach, no asking in front of anyone.

One profile, every season

Re-apply in a minute — your details carry over, and siblings share one family account.

Your data stays here

Applications live in the foundation's own system — no Google account required, nothing handed to a third-party form service.

Mockup notes — what's real here and how the portal gets built

This page is a static demonstration — the sign-in bar, applications, and statuses are invented examples. The production build: WordPress accounts (created automatically on first application, or passwordless email links), a small first-party plugin that lists the signed-in user's own Fluent Forms entries with a status field, and status values driven by the foundation's review board — see how it connects. Every family sees only their own applications; the review team's tools never expose one family to another.

Why this beats the current Google-based flow: today's application requires a Google sign-in, which blocks exactly the families most likely to need help; entries land in a spreadsheet outside the foundation's control. Internalized, applications live in the foundation's own database, role-scoped, with this portal on top.
